    SHIPPING POLICY

    Order Processing and Fulfillment Lead Times

    At SleepQuest, our goal is to ship all orders as soon as possible. Typically, after an order is placed, it is shipped within 1-2 business days.

    If you need your order expedited, please email store@sleepquest.com or call us at (650) 517-9495 so we can try to accommodate your needs.

    SleepQuest Shipping Charges and Speed of Delivery

    For Supplies we ship USPS, 3-5 business days.

    Free Shipping for orders over $99.00.
    $10.00 flat shipping rate for orders under $99.00.

    For CPAP devices we ship UPS ground with direct delivery and signature required, 1-3 Business days in California, 3-5 business days out of state.

    Free Shipping on all CPAP devices

    *The above only applies to the continental US, shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is a flat rate of $15.00 for supplies and $75.00 for CPAP devices.

    After Placing Your SleepQuest Order

    After placing your order with SleepQuest we will review your order and, in some cases, may need to contact you for additional information. For this reason, please provide us with the most reliable contact information so that your order is not delayed.

    In some rare cases SleepQuest may not be able to fulfill your entire order due to an item being out of stock. Our policy is to complete as much of your order as possible and fulfill the remaining items as soon as they become available or alternatively, remove the items from your order.

    SleepQuest may, based on its sole discretion, refuse, or cancel any order and limit order quantity. SleepQuest may also require additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing any order. Once we receive your online order, we’ll provide you with an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify SleepQuest’s acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order.

    Tracking and Receiving Your SleepQuest Order

    When trying to determine what day you will receive your order, please consider excluding weekend days and holidays in your calculation. Please email us for the most precise shipping status. You will receive an email after your order is fulfilled with a tracking number.

    SleepQuest always requires a signature on orders that contain CPAP devices. You should assume that you will need to provide a signature at the time of delivery.

    Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond SleepQuest’s control once it leaves our facilities, SleepQuest cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.

    Changing and Cancelling
    Your SleepQuest Order

    SleepQuest moves as quickly as possible to process and ship all orders. If you need to make a correction to an order that you have placed or need to cancel an order prior to fulfillment, email us at store@sleepquest.com. If an order has already been fulfilled, then you will need to follow our standard return and exchange policies to correct or return your purchase.

    Lost, Stolen, Misdelivered SleepQuest Shipments

    SleepQuest tries to move quickly to resolve any issue relating to lost and misdelivered packages. These issues are all handled on a case-by-case basis with the goal of making sure you receive your order as expeditiously as possible. Packages stolen from the customers requested delivery address are not the responsibility of SleepQuest.

    Prescription Requirements for SleepQuest Orders

    If the order you place with SleepQuest includes any item which by law requires a prescription prior to being dispensed, we will email you immediately requesting a copy of your prescription so that we can release your order without delay.

    Prescriptions may be emailed store@sleepquest.com or faxed 866-479-3592.

    If you are an existing customer and have previously provided us with your prescription, in most cases we will not require that you provide your prescription to us again.

    Please note: orders automatically expire after 7 Days.
