LOVE the Z2!
I ordered the device on line and received it by mail. One of the parts was broken; thankfully, the San Carlos Sleep Quest office told me to come in immediately. They diagnosed the problem quickly, gave me a replacement part, and I was on my way to France the next day. The device works beautifully and my wife says it is quieter than my larger home ResMed model. I couldn't rate this device higher for travel! Love it!
