OUR POLICY LASTS 30 DAYS. IF 30 DAYS HAVE GONE BY SINCE YOUR SHIPMENT WAS RECEIVED, UNFORTUNATELY WE CAN’T OFFER YOU A REFUND. THERE IS A 20% RESTOCKING FEE FOR RETURNED DEVICES.
- To be returned the device must have less than 40 hours of use.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
