What is included in the 6-month in-house warranty?
Includes remaining ResMed factory warranty, plus SleepQuest replacement for up to 6 months from purchase. Does not cover damages resulting from customer fault, including but not limited to water damage from improper use of humidifier and damage from dropping device.
What are the main differences between an AirSense 10 or 11?
The AirSense 11 has a sleeker design without giving up any features or power. It weighs less than the AirSense 10 (about 2.5 lb), so it’s easier to pack for travel.
It also uses a smaller 65W power adapter vs the AirSense 10’s 90W adapter.
The AirSense 11 has a full-color touch screen and new features like Personal Therapy Assistant and Care Check-In (includes a getting-started video). It also supports remote troubleshooting and software updates.
If I purchase a device with 1,000 hours, how many months of use does it have?
About 4 months or less (based on ~8 hours/night).
